Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. As each product is handled personally, slight delays may occur during high order volumes.
Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct while placing the order. Pasivam will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Pasivam takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
